Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/Distribution
​Assisted Management and the Board of Directors to evaluate capital requirements related to several strategic initiatives including funding in-house R&D initiatives, purchasing additional drugs, recapitalization, and potential sale. Project included capital planning, modeling, valuation, and evaluating relevant changes and requirements from the capital markets and industry. Prepared the Company for a related internal debt and equity raise.

Clean Construction Manufacturing Technology
Assisted Management and the Board of Directors to develop a national lending program designed to support the launch and development of the company's certified manufacturing plants into North America

Restaurant Management Buyout
Assisted Management in structuring and facilitating an employee led management buy-out of a $50 million high-end restaurant group. Project included structuring and placing $19MM in debt and $11MM in equity to close the transaction. Phil McDonough served as temporary CFO during the transaction and transition.
